Required Transparency in Health Coverage

In response to the Transparency in Coverage Rule issued in 2020 by the US Department of Health & Human Services, US Department of Labor and US Department of Treasury, we are making available machine readable files that include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between our health plan and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
